Wayne Booker is a business broker and a licensed commercial real estate agent. His 30 plus years of marketing, financial, and manufacturing experience make him well qualified to bring existing businesses to market or to help an owner find acquisition targets. In addition he works with executives who have decided to leave the corporate life and want to purchase a business or franchise. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association, the Ohio Business Brokers Association, the national, state and Columbus Board of Realtors, and Columbus Real Estate Exchangers. He has an M.B.A. in Finance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
Prior to his real estate and business broker career, Wayne founded a printing and promotional marketing business which he managed and grew for 20 years and successfully brought to market. During that time he acquired three other companies which he merged into his own. Wayne has also worked for several Fortune 100 companies in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where he held positions as Industrial Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, Group Superintendent, Group Operations Manager and Vice- President of Manufacturing. In his last position prior to starting his business, he managed the operations functions of a food division with $300 million in annual sales and was a leading executive on the mergers and acquisition team. During his business career, he also served in the Naval Reserve in ship repair and maintenance commands and retired with the rank of Commander.
