Beside implementation projects, Ruud operated as Project Manager within several outsourcing programmes. His responsibility, as a transformation manager, has been the realisation of the politically sensitive transformation phase of these outsourcing deals. He completed these programmes/projects successfully without major interruptions of the business continuity.
